HSBC is one of the world's largest banking and financial services organisations, operating across dozens of markets and serving millions of customers worldwide. As Lead Visual Designer for its corporate banking platform, I helped shape the evolution of its digital products through design, defining the visual language, user experience and creative direction, while introducing scalable design toolkits, standards and processes adopted by teams globally.
Recognised for driving quality and consistency across complex programmes, I was later invited to join HSBC's Digital Design Governance team. In this role, I reviewed and approved digital experiences across the organisation, helping ensure products met the highest standards of usability, visual design and brand experience.
